I'm so pleased you enjoyed the Palau, and enjoyed your descriptions and reactions to the sights of Barcelona. When we visited a couple of years ago, after 40 years, I was shocked by the hordes of tourists in October. Places like Parque Güell had been special, quiet spots when I was a university student, and now were like Disneyland attractions needing hours of lining up. We decided not to even go inside.
